PCB Laser Creator
Turn a KiCad board into laser-ready vector art. Free Windows download.
What it does
Board file in, laser art out
PCB Laser Creator reads a KiCad .kicad_pcb board file and exports it as laser-ready vector art, with a live vector preview before you commit. It writes LightBurn .lbrn2 files directly, and can also export SVG.
Getting a PCB design onto a laser cutter or engraver normally means exporting layers by hand, cleaning them up in a vector editor, and hoping the geometry survived the round trip. This reads the board file directly and gives you the cut layers you actually want, previewed before export.

Features
What you get
-
Direct KiCad parsing
Reads .kicad_pcb board files natively. No manual layer exports and no intermediate vector editor.
-
Live vector preview
See the resulting geometry before exporting, so a bad layer selection is caught on screen rather than on the machine.
-
LightBurn export
Writes .lbrn2 directly, with cut layers mapped so the job is ready to run.
-
SVG export
Exports SVG as a zip when you want the geometry in a vector editor instead.
-
Configurable cut layers
Choose which board layers become which cut layers, and set the export parameters per job.
